Payment of deposit signifies acceptance of the following:
Confirmation of booking
The booking will be considered as confirmed upon
receipt of $150.00 as deposit. Cheques should be made payable to
My Chalet Valet we also have credit card facilities available ( a 5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments).
Payment of deposit signifies acceptance of the following
terms and conditions.
A charge of $45.00 per hour will be added to the final total. With a minimum charge of $45.00 per order.
All products are offered at best prices. Please note that a delivery charge of $50.00 will be added to any order under $100.00. We ask that you send in your orders a minimum of 2 days before your arrival date to avoid disappointment.
Final attendance numbers & payment
The final minimum & chargeable numbers of guests attending the function is required 10 days prior to the event . Charges will be rendered accordingly. Please note your final guests number given on this date is the minimum chargeable. Your guest numbers can increase from that amount but should they decrease you will still be charged for this number of guests.
Balance to be paid on completion of the function in the form of cheque or cash unless alternate arrangements are previously discussed.
In case of cancellation
More than 7 days prior to a function - Deposit will be refunded less a 30% booking fee. Less than 7 days prior to the function - Full deposit will be retained as compensation for lost business.
Hiring & Decoration
Equipment hire & Decorations i.e. special linen, special effects or floral arrangements can be organized for you, the cost incurred as a result will be added to the function charge.
Menus
Menus and prices are negotiable; we reserve the right to make any changes as deemed necessary.
Timing
Patron agrees to begin and end the function at the scheduled times agreed upon, staff are hired on an hourly basis, in the event of an extension to the finishing time, charges for staff will be made accordingly.
Food Delivery Services
- A 10% discount applies for dinners where 3 courses are booked
- Minimum of 10 people per menu choice
- Special menu requests & vegetarian meals are available
- Dinner party options including staff can be arranged
- Daily – weekly chalet host service available.
- A maximum of 3 days of meals per delivery to ensure food freshness.
- $60 delivery fee applies per delivery unless pick up is arranged

- Themed dinners & Yule Tide dinners are available
- $330 deposit required to confirm bookings with balance paid on delivery
We accept payment via bank transfer, Paypal, cheque or cash.
